Cancellation/Refund Policy


Orders may be cancelled if the item has not yet shipped.
Customer must provide order number and name on the order in correspondence when cancelling.

Unopened purchases may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping and handling will not be refunded and it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for shipping of the returned item.

In the event that the purchase has a flaw, the customer may either exchange the purchase or obtain a refund. In this case, shipping charges for the returned item and the exchange will be paid for by the merchant. Customer must provide proof of purchase with a refund or exchange as well as provide a brief explanation of the problem.
